project 21
Project 21, presented for the first time on these pages, is a result of the project by “ensemble courage” with the same title and a continuation of our label concept. The “criticism” area enriches the spectrum as our reaction to the creative work processes. The desired effect includes your interactive participation in project 21 in the sense of a “critical reaction”. Contributions might show the different points of view and we regard them as an important part of project 21. We were thinking of, for example, comments from musicologist or journalistic points of view. Project 21 started with a concert in Dresden on May 2, 2002. At the moment, production makes a documentation of the starting point possible. The publication of a “HYPER-DEMO-CDR” called “AUFTAKT/UPBEAT” includes informative and useful material for everyone interested. We believe that this is the beginning of a successful journey for “ensemble courage” and project 21. Project 21 will be run parallel by “ensemble courage” and by en avant online in its different shapes.
